UFC 112: “Come into My Parlour,” Said Anderson “The Spider” Silva to the Fly

The main event of this Saturday’s UFC 112 card is for the UFC middleweight title, featuring champion Anderson “The Spider” Silva facing the long-shot, underdog-challenger Damien Maia.

Silva is undefeated in all 10 of his previous UFC fights, he has won his last 11 total, and each victory came in some sort of dominant or crowd-thrilling fashion.

The Spider is truly one of a kind—an elite MMA master, who, among only a handful of UFC fighters, has been able to effectively “clean out” an entire weight division single-handedly. Read more…

Top 10 Pound For Pound Best MMA Fighters

Pound for pound comparisons will always be just one's opinion because they're fundamentally based off of pure speculation. It's so tempting to put up any crazy opinion about who's better than who as an overall fighter without looking at the basis for a decision. If everyone agreed on what's important then there would be a standardized way of measuring a fighters overall ability.
