The Ultimate Fighter 11: Episode 10 Recap

The show opened with Dana White and Chuck Liddell discussing Tito Ortiz pulling out of the fight.

Liddell said that he didn’t want to do the show with Ortiz, but that the reward would be the fight with him.

White said that Liddell would still fight at the end of the show.

The Show started with Kyacey Uscola questioning Ortiz’s pre-fight preparation. Uscola blames McCray’s loss to Bryant due to overtraining.

Team Liddell Training Session:

Chuck Liddell congratulated Bryant for winning his fight and giving them match control again.

UFC News: Anderson Silva vs. Chael Sonnen Is Confirmed

The SpiderAnderson Silva has been the name on everyone’s lips since his victorious five-round MMA cagefighting destruction over the extremely outclassed Damien Maia during last weekend’s UFC 112 event in Abu Dhabi.

Silva, during the match, did everything but the Muhammad Ali “shuffle” and the Roy Jones “bolo” punch, yet he somehow finished the job at hand, retaining his 185-pound UFC middleweight championship title.

“The Spider” also set a new UFC record for six title defenses in the process. Read more…

UFC Fighter/Pro Boxer Alessio Sakara “Calls Out” Michael Bisping

alessio sakaraAccording to a recent article at MMA Mania, Italian mixed martial arts fighter, boxer, and current UFC middleweight Alessio Sakara, is looking to “get it on” with Manchester England’s Michael “The Count” Bisping.

Sakara, who trains with American Top Team, holds a great pro boxing record of 8-1, with six wins coming by way of KO, yet, despite a current three-fight UFC winning streak, his MMA record stands at a mere 15-7.

“Legionarius,” as he is known in fighting circles, was last seen defeating former 205-pound UFC light heavyweight contender James Irvin at UFC on Versus this past March. Read more…
